This Year's Theme: "Celebrating 15 Years as DART". Students were asked to create an artistic poster celebrating DART's 15 years of service as Delaware's Public Transit system.
Eligibility: Children in Grades 6 through 12.
Judging & Awards: DART First State judged the entries for originality, theme presentation, and artistic quality. A First Place winner was chosen from each grade and from those winners, a Grand Prize Winner was selected. All winners received an award certificate and gifts from DART First State's business partners. All entrants received a certificate of participation. All artwork becomes the property of DART First State and may be used in future advertising or promotional materials with appropriate credit to the artist.
