5310 Program

The purpose of the 5310 Program is to provide assistance in meeting the transportation needs of elderly and/or disabled persons where public transportation services are not available, insufficient or not appropriate. The Section 5310 Program allows Delaware to enhance its own transportation services by making available certain funds annually. This is for procurement of vehicles to be utilized by nonprofit organizations.
