Application Guide

In order for applications to be considered for award approval, each application must also include the following documents at the time of submission:

• Current Financial Statements and last Independent Auditors Report.
• A signed copy of the FY’24 Federal Transit Administration’s Certifications and Assurances.
• Certification of Incorporation in the State of Delaware (Articles of Incorporation).
• The Certification of Non-Profit Status – Internal Revenue Service Section 501(c).
• Organizational Chart as referenced in Section 8, Number 5 of the application.
• Title VI Implementation Plan.
• Liability Insurance Certificate.
