An Office of Public Carrier team member will follow-up on your information or complaint. A team member will contact you to discuss your information and/or complaint and any possible action the Office of Public Carrier can take to address the situation. A public carrier that is not operating in accord with State of Delaware laws and/or regulations may be subject to fines and/or penalties that may include a suspension or revocation of their operating authority.
